We will complete the video production work based on the materials, requirements, and service plan confirmed by both parties.

  1. Intellectual Property and Ownership

We value and protect intellectual property rights while respecting the legitimate rights and interests of our clients and third parties.

All content generated or used on this website and in the course of our services, including but not limited to:

Unless otherwise agreed in writing by both parties, ownership of source files, project files, editing templates, and general production resources generated during the video production process remains with us.

  1. Payment Terms

All video editing services are priced according to project requirements. Specific costs will be clearly stated on the order page, service plan, or mutually confirmed documents.

Payment rules are as follows:

Video editing services are one-time purchases and do not automatically renew;

Clients must complete all or a predetermined percentage of payment before the project begins;

Some large video projects may use phased payment methods;

All payments must be made through legal payment methods supported by the website;

Clients are responsible for paying any transaction fees incurred by payment institutions (if applicable).

After client payment, we will begin production based on the confirmed project requirements.

If the client cancels the service after the project has begun, the completed video editing work, design time, and related service fees may not be refunded.

  1. Acceptable Use

By using our services, clients agree to:

Use the services only for lawful commercial or personal purposes;
Provide authentic, legal video footage with usage rights;
Comply with U.S. and applicable laws and regulations;
Respect third-party copyrights, privacy rights, and intellectual property rights;
Use the final delivered video work for the agreed purpose.

  1. Prohibited Activities

Users shall not use our services to:

Upload materials that infringe copyright, trademark rights, or other intellectual property rights;
Create illegal, fraudulent, false, or misleading content;
Create videos containing illegal activities, hate speech, violence, or other illegal content;
Upload malicious files, viruses, or content that may compromise system security;
Attempt unauthorized access to websites, servers, or user data;
Copy, sell, or resell our editing services;
Use our services to create video content that infringes on the privacy or rights of others.

  1. Handling of Violations and Consequences

If a user violates these Terms of Service, we have the right to take the following measures depending on the nature of the violation:

Suspend or terminate the user’s account;
Cease providing related video production services;
Delete the violating content or refuse to process related projects;
Refuse future service requests;
Require the user to bear the losses caused by the violation;
Take further measures as required by law.

For cases involving illegal activities or serious infringement of third-party rights, we may cooperate with relevant legal authorities.

  1. Project Modification and Delivery

The video production completion time is determined based on the complexity of the project, the completeness of the materials, and the speed of client feedback.

Clients can enjoy a corresponding number of revision services based on their purchased service plan.

The following situations may affect delivery time:

Client fails to provide complete materials in a timely manner;
Client frequently changes project requirements;
Client fails to confirm the revision plan in a timely manner;
Third-party material authorization or platform review issues.

Delays caused by the client are not considered service delays on our part.

  1. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for the following:

Video issues caused by third-party software, platforms, or network services;
Production errors caused by incorrect materials provided by the client;
Copyright disputes arising from the client’s unauthorized use of materials;
Service interruption or delay caused by force majeure;
Problems caused by the client’s own modifications to the delivered documents.

We do not guarantee that the video work will necessarily produce specific commercial results, including but not limited to:

Sales growth;
Increased traffic;
Increased advertising conversion;
Increased brand revenue.

In any case, our maximum liability amount shall not exceed the actual amount paid by the client for the relevant video service.

  1. Dispute Resolution

If any dispute arises between the customer and us regarding the service, orders, or these Terms, the parties shall first attempt to resolve it amicably through communication.

If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, the parties agree to the following methods:

Prioritize resolution through mediation agreed upon by both parties;

Choose arbitration or judicial proceedings in accordance with applicable law;

Submit the dispute to a court with legal jurisdiction.

The parties shall resolve all disputes in a fair and reasonable manner.
